- Role Designation- Senior Associate Consultant
- Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum years of experience - 3years.
- Experience in Customization and Configuration of ServiceNow Applications.
- Experience in ServiceNow LDAP integration.
- Experience on design and development of the UI, Scripts, Catalog,
- Workflows and Reports on Servicenow.
- Knowledge on ITIL/ITSM.

Responsibilities:
- Actively aid the consulting team in diff erent phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
